T.O Computer sets up a pre-sale team to support our salespeople and customers in various types of technical issues as IT Consultant with expertise in counseling information technology system management, Total IT Solution, Project Management, System Migration, and Integration for both the public and private sectors.

Defective and RMA Support

To prevent customer’s down time, T.O Computer has been keeping many spare-parts as its swap-stock, at anytime, parts exchange or replacement are needed. Moreover, our Return Material Authorization (RMA) system will be processed within two weeks for parts transferring up and down from the manufactures. We will never be late to solve our customer’s problems.
